If the Username password was, please enter the e-mail address and leaving Username field empty. Then click on the button Send user name, which we then send to the e-mail address.
If the I forgot my password was, but know your username, please enter this with the e-mail address. Then click on the Send Password button, and you will receive soon a new password via e-mail. The password is required for access to our site.
If Forgot your username and password were as follows procedures. Please ask first the user name and password in the next step. So, first, the e-mail address is entered while the user name field is left blank. Then click on the Send button user name, which is then sent by e-mail. In the same way in Step 2 can recover your password.
