The seminar provides a comprehensive and systematic overview of the diagnostic data exchange format ODX (ISO 22901-1, ASAM AE MCD-2D). Participants will learn about the structure and the handling of ODX data and the possibilities and limits of the standard. Through practical examples, small exercises and live demonstrations to illustrate the content and consolidated.

OTX – Austauschformat für Testsequenzen
Der neue Standard OTX (Open Test sequence eXchange – ISO 13209) ist nicht nur ein einheitliches wiederverwendbares Austauschformat für Prüfsequenzen in der Off-Board-Diagnose, er leistet auch einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Beherrschung der heute allgegenwärtigen Komplexität. Dabei ist OTX nicht auf die Fahrzeugdiagnose begrenzt. Durch die Verwendung geeigneter Bibliotheken reichen seine möglichen Anwendungsgebiete über die Testautomatisierung bis hin zur HIL-Simulation. Das Seminar gibt eine umfassende und systematische Übersicht über das Austauschformat für Testsequenzen. Die Teilnehmer lernen den Aufbau und den Umgang mit OTX-Daten sowie die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Standards kennen. Durch Beispiele aus der Praxis, kleine Übungen und Live-Vorführungen werden die Inhalte veranschaulicht und konsolidiert. |

Automotive Diagnostic Systems - Communication in the vehicle
The seminar provides a systematic overview of the current state of communications in the vehicle with a focus off-board diagnostic and derives future developments. The most important bus systems and protocols are also considered, such as data exchange formats and diagnostic tools. Using practical examples and live demonstrations of the participants an insight into the everyday life of the vehicle diagnostics in the development, testing, production and service. |
