The Specification Editor is a useful tool window especially for any specification purposes. With the Specification Editor, you can easily add or modify the specification of activities in the Workflow Designer instead of using the property grid. You only need to click on an activity (or any element having specification property, e.g. the "If" branch of the "Branch" activity), and the specification of the activity is displayed in the editor for editing. Besides, if you click at the procedure pane??? in the Workflow Designer, you can also edit the specification of the current procedure in the editor. As a tool window, the Specification Editor can be docked, floating, opened, closed, resized or set to auto hide. When starting the OTF the first time, the Specification Editor is already opened and docked under the Declaration Explorer. You can open or close this editor via the "Specification Editor" button in the Ribbon, see the image below.
