GetDbMatchingParameterDbResponseParameter returns the corresponding DbParameter (MCDDbResponseParameter) responsible for the matching parameter.
If the corresponding response parameter is not available, the InvalidTypeException will be thrown.
NOTE — The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbMatchingParameter::getDbResponseParameter
