BooleanTerm DiagDataBrowsingPlus.IsDbParameterVariableLength(DbParameterTerm dbParameter);Description
IsDbParameterVariableLength returns True if the parameter is of variable length otherwise False.
The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbParameter::isVariableLength
