GetDbDiagServiceAudienceStates returns a list of strings of all audience attribute names, whose are set to true for this DiagService in ODX. Valid names are "isAfterMarket", "isAfterSales", "isDevelopment", "isManufacturing", "isSupplier".
The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbDataPrimitive::getAudienceState
