GetDbDiagServiceEnabledAdditionalAudiences returns a list of strings of the short names of all enabled "Additional Audiences" (MCDDbAdditionalAudiences) for this DbDiagService in ODX. An empty list will be delivered if no enabled audiences defined.
NOTE — The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbDataPrimitive::getDbEnabledAdditionalAudiences
