OTL Syntax
XmlElementTerm Xml.CreateXmlElement(StringTerm name, StringTerm text, MapTerm attributes);
Description
The CreateXmlElement term is used to create a new XmlElement. Special characters '<', '>' and '&' shall be escaped.
Return Value
The Term returns the value, see table below.
