In- and ouput parameter (Reference)
Declares an in/output parameter of the Signature or Procedure. Arguments for in/output parameters will be passed by reference. This means that any change to the parameter value is visible to the caller also. When calling a Signature or Procedure, an in/output argument may be omitted if and only if there's an initial value defined for the parameter.
